Cancellation Policy

We have a 24 hour Cancellation Policy.

If we haven’t been notified 24 hours prior to an appointment cancellation, this means that our therapists potentially then have nothing to do in that time. Cancelling 24 hours prior means we can fill this available time slot and someone else is lucky enough to have their treatment.

We do sincerely understand that things happen and change daily,  if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours the deposit you paid will be held as a cancellation fee. This policy also applies to no shows for appointments.

If a rebooking an appointment we require you to call the salon or text the salon number to reschedule, with 24 hours.

Messages sent to rebook or cancel will not be excepted on social media platforms, such an Instagram or Facebook, and emails won’t be excepted- (these avenues can sometimes be missed)

If a no-show is presented for a booking- that treatment that was scheduled in as void and taken off the package.

 If you cancel the package early- you will be liable to pay the balance of the full price for the treatments already redeemed.

Returns

We will offer a refund for faulty items and damaged goods would be replaced. It is advised that the client chooses wisely as we won’t refund for a different choice.
